The property was completely rebuilt in 2025 and enjoys an absolutely privileged secluded location, on a small hill situated directly behind the last row of houses of the port town of Giardini-Naxos. The villa is equipped with underfloor heating for the winter months and, of course, air conditioning with remote control for the summer months. There are 2 cosy bathrooms: one with a shower on the ground floor and one with a bathtub on the upper floor.
Adjacent to the two bedrooms on the upper floor is a rooftop terrace with a splendid view of Mount Etna.
The villa is ideal for those who love tranquillity and a breathtaking sea view. Perfect for anyone who wants to have a barbecue on the large terrace or simply relax. For more elegant evenings, numerous classy restaurants are available along the seafront, easily reachable on foot for dinner out.
